In force 3 August 2026. This policy covers the PawCycle app for iPhone and iPad and these two web pages.
PawCycle collects nothing. The app contains no analytics, no advertising and no third-party code of any kind, and it makes no network requests of its own. There is no account to create and no server of ours for your dog's records to sit on.
Everything you enter — dogs, heats, daily logs, matings, litters, notes and photos — is stored in a database on your own device.
If iCloud is switched on for your Apple Account, that database also syncs through your own private iCloud database, so your records follow you to a new phone. That storage belongs to your Apple Account and is governed by Apple's privacy policy. We cannot read it, and we have no way to request it. Turning iCloud off leaves everything on the device.
Deleting the app deletes the local copy. To remove the synced copy as well, delete PawCycle's data from iCloud in the iOS Settings app.

PawCycle is declared as Data Not Collected on the App Store. That declaration matches the audit behind this page: the app links no analytics or advertising frameworks, carries no third-party dependencies, and issues no network requests of its own.
This page and the support page load no fonts, scripts, images, trackers or anything else from another server — everything is in the file you are reading. Nobody is told that you visited. The pages are hosted on Azure Static Web Apps, whose servers keep ordinary short-lived request logs that we do not use, analyse or connect to anything.
PawCycle is a tool for dog owners and breeders. It is not directed at children, and it collects nothing from anyone regardless of age.
If this policy ever changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it, and a material change will be described in the app's release notes.
